N2 - Artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly transforming the way businesses are created and developed, providing tools that improve efficiency, optimize marketing strategies, and streamline operations. This study presents a qualitative case study to analyze the impact of AI on business creation and development. The research focuses on two distinct industries: Company #1, a real estate company specializing in high-end lots, and Company #2, a virtual computer education platform. The qualitative component examines entrepreneurs’ decision-making processes, challenges, and experiences through semi-structured interviews, business process analysis, and direct observations of AI implementation. Additionally, a document analysis was conducted by reviewing business plans, marketing strategies, and project reports before and after AI integration. In the case of Company #1, AI was used to refine the business model, create branding materials such as logos and virtual business cards, and optimize marketing strategies and property design. In the case of Company #2 was implemented to improve curriculum design, streamline video production, and support multilingual expansion, allowing for greater accessibility. The study identifies common patterns, key benefits, and best practices in AI-driven business development across different industries. The findings demonstrate that AI can significantly speed up business processes, reduce costs, and improve overall decision-making, making it a valuable tool for entrepreneurs seeking innovation and efficiency.
