N2 - The management of information associated with business cluster administration lacks tailored solutions designed to address the various processes and activities specific to the involved organizations. This article presents a microservices-based architecture (MBA) proposal for the information management of a tourism cluster, aiming to enhance the productivity of managers and coordinators responsible for its administration. The case study focuses on the tourism cluster of the Northern Zone of Costa Rica. Design Science Research (DSR) was applied as the methodology for this study. The results materialize in an innovative, useful, and practical proposal for the development of similar artifacts.
