Un estudio sobre los atractivos percibidos por los estudiantes y trabajadores jóvenes internacionales: caso de estudio Karlsruhe, Alemania

This study was conducted using a qualitative, exploratory approach to examine the perceived and actual appeal of the city of Karlsruhe, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, for young international students and workers. Interviews were conducted with both groups, and the data were subsequently processed and analyzed using NVivo 12 Plus software. The set of parameters established by the OECD (2018) served as the basis for designing and administering two survey instruments. Furthermore, the findings—in which aspects related to quality of life are the most significant factor—provide relevant information for Karlsruhe when implementing measures related to city management to attract and retain these international talent pools.
