Research hotbeds for teachers using active learning methodologies educational tool, to generate research culture at the Universidad Hispanoamericana of Costa Rica

This article describes how the research hotbeds for professors from the university perspective are a research tool to generate research culture through the method of 1) The theoretical foundation of Active Learning. 2) Active Learning strategies and their use as elements to improve teaching. 3) The role of Active Learning in the initial training of teachers. In addition, a series of active learning techniques are used to facilitate its definition, development and understanding and thereby achieve a series of improvement opportunities for teachers to implement in their classrooms, achieving a more fluid and dynamic transfer of knowledge with the student body.
