Valores profesionales y liderazgo ético profesional

A broad analysis of the formation of professional values and ethical leadership of university students will make it possible to propose alternatives aimed at satisfying the requirements of society and especially of the employer sector. Establishing these values and defining the profile of the student, contrasting it with the values and profile of the teaching and academic support staff and with the academic curriculum of the career, in accordance with the needs of the market and society, will allow transmitting to the students the interest and importance of professional values, professional ethics and organizational ethics, in order to be able to exercise a strong ethical leadership in the future. Through a quantitative approach, professional values will be identified, the organizational ethical behavior of the research subjects will be analyzed and it will be determined if they have an influence on ethical leadership. For the corresponding effects, appropriate statistical techniques will be used and an experiment on experimental economics and behavioral sciences will be designed. With the results obtained, it is expected to contribute to the education in values and professional ethics to develop an ethical role, from the business point of view that will impact the future work performance.
