Project Details

Description

Entrepreneurial intent is the main predictor of entrepreneurial activity, which has been linked to various benefits for society. Therefore, entrepreneurial intent has become a relevant research topic. In this field, one of the open questions in the scientific literature is: what factors influence women's entrepreneurial intent? Therefore, this proposal seeks to help answer part of that question, focusing specifically on female university entrepreneurship in Latin America. Specifically, the objective of the proposal is to determine the factors that influence the entrepreneurial intent of female university students in Latin America. The proposed methodology is a mixed one, with qualitative and quantitative elements. The aim is to generate knowledge contributions for public policy makers, university authorities, as well as the women entrepreneurs themselves.
