Project Details
Description
The project aims to develop the knowledge and skills needed by representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to apply artificial intelligence (AI) tools to process management through training, mentoring, and contextualized practical application. It is aimed at representatives of SMEs located in rural areas of northern Costa Rica.
The project strategy is organized into five phases. The first involves the simultaneous diagnosis and mapping of business needs and technological tools through participatory sessions that allow companies to be classified according to their processes. The second phase identifies and validates accessible AI tools, evaluating their compatibility with the identified needs. In the third phase, the selected tools are adapted to the SMEs' specific processes, and proofs of concept are conducted in at least five companies. The fourth phase develops training resources and implements training courses, subsequently evaluating participant satisfaction. Finally, the fifth phase focuses on direct consulting for selected companies, documenting implementation paths and lessons learned.
In addition, the results will be disseminated to the community and participants through feedback sessions. Throughout the process, active interaction is encouraged, allowing solutions to be tailored to each company's real-life context, thus strengthening their capacity to integrate emerging technologies into their daily operations.
